The organization also has a strong management team comprising of skilled and experienced professionals who have requisite capacity and competence to carry out all the desired activities that promotes the Objectives of the organization and lead to the attainment of the organizational goal. The management team is head by Chief Executive Officer in person of Maina Benjamin.

1. Benjamin Maina Chief Executive Officer of FOCEI, graduated from of University of Jos, Nigeria where he obtained Masters Degree in Environmental resources and Planning. Mr Benjamin Maina has been in development work for more than a decade during which accomplished and gain great deal in experience in Civil society engagement and also work in project funded by INGOs such as USAID (United State Aid), GEF (Global Environmental Facility), UNDP (United Nation Development Fund) GF (Global Fund and Global Shapers to mention but a few.
2. Rahab Loh Executive Director of FOCEI is he Saddled with the responsibility assisting the Chief Executive officer of FOCEI she is a graduate of Business Admiration with vast experience in development work.
3. Onesimus Madi, FOCEI Monitoring and Evolution Specialist he is a PhD holder from University Putra Malaysia and he as attended several trainings on Technical Skills/Soft wares: ELISA, Graphad Prisms, Adobe Photoshop and Monitoring and Evaluation.
4. Hussain Ahmad, FOCEI Finance Manager has a Master’s in Business administration (MBA) and a fellow of Association of National Association of Nigeria ANAN.
5. Ephrem Samuel is the Organization Program Manager and he Obtained is Bachelor Degree in Geography from Gombe State, University and and possess vast experienced of field work and development work.
